We are seeking an experienced Production Manager on behalf of our client, that is a multinational, market leader production company, running a 1000+FTE factory in Debrecen.

Key Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the production operations for a specific product line, ensuring that output meets quality standards, delivery schedules, and volume targets.
· Working closely with other departments during the sample phases for new product introductions.
· Supervising and developing the production team, regularly assessing performance and providing feedback.
· Allocating resources efficiently and coordinating team efforts to achieve the department's strategic goals.
· Implementing innovative operational processes, continuously updating standards to drive improvements.
· Planning the annual resource allocation, including workforce, equipment, and budget, ensuring they are effectively utilized to meet the plant's strategic objectives.
· Ensuring compliance with all required training programs related to technology, safety, and environmental regulations to support production activities.
Requirements:
· University / college degree
· At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Production Manager preferably in automotive industry
· Confident, fluent English language knowledge
· Strong leadership skills
· Experience with different automotive quality standards
· Experience in production management tools (Lean, Six Sigma)
