HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced, ambitious, result driven HR Manager on behalf of our multinational client, that is a rapidly growing manufacturing company with over 300 employees in Pest County.
Besides having the chance to meet new challenges, shape the HR strategy and contribute to the growth of the business, you’ll be part of a highly human-oriented company with a supportive, positive, team-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participating in headcount/budge/salary planning and continuously reporting to the management team.
· Supporting organizational growth and establishing a proper HR infrastructure.
· Managing HR process implementation and modernizing the company’s HR systems and policies.
· Coordinating the payroll team and developing payroll processes.
· Leading and developing an HR team of 5.
· Ensuring legal compliance within the Hungarian organization.
· Managing HR administration and maintaining employee records.
· Coordinating the performance management processes and establishing new talent management program.
· Providing coaching and mentoring for the HR management team in HR related topics.
Your Profile:
· University/College degree
· 10+ years of HR experience and minimum of 5 years of leadership experience
· Extensive experience in building/developing HR processes
· Fluent English language knowledge
· Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills – being able to efficiently liaise with senior stakeholders
· Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Windows)
· Sound knowledge of labor legislation
