Business Development Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result driven Business Development Manager for our logistics service provider client operating in several European markets. They offer advanced technology and cutting-edge logistics solutions tailored for e-commerce, retail, restaurants, and fast food businesses. Besides having a chance to meet new challenges and shape the company’s business development strategy, you’ll be part of a human oriented company with supportive and team focused culture.

Responsibilities:

·        Acquiring new B2B clients mainly in the e-commerce industry and identifying unexplored markets for further development.

·        Continuously monitoring the market, analyzing market trends and competitors to effectively capitalize opportunities.

·        Negotiating contracts and developing customized pricing, offers, and proposals to meet client needs and close deals effectively.

·        Preparing comprehensive reports to provide feedback on sales performance, market feedback, and growth metrics.

·        Regularly updating senior management with key insights on market conditions, client feedback, and potential growth areas.

·        Attending various professional conferences to network and building long lasting relationships with relevant market players.

·        Developing and implementing new sales processes to ensure the highest level of productivity.

·        Collaborating with co-departments and ensuring that every stakeholder is informed about all essential information.

Requirements:

·        University / college degree

·        At least 2 years’ experience in e-commerce or logistics service industry

·        At least 4 years’ experience in a BDM position

·        Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills – being able to efficiently liaise with senior stakeholders

·        Analytical and Strategic Thinking

·        Fluency in English
