Head of HR
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated HR Manager for our international, market leader, dynamically growing construction client, based in Pest County.
In this role you’ll be managing a HR team of 6, overseeing all HR aspects of the production site with a particular focus on HR Controlling and Recruiting.
Besides having the chance to meet new challenges, shape the HR strategy and contribute to the growth of the business, you’ll be part of a human-oriented company with a supportive, positive, team-focused culture.
Your Responsibilities:
· Implementing HR strategies, programs and processes, and improving the existing HR solutions at the company’s site with a headcount of 400+ employees
· Coaching business leaders and supporting managers in people and performance management, business partnering
· Initiating compensation and benefit practices, identifying process development opportunities
· Working together with the HR team in implementing new employer branding, candidate attraction, student programs, employee motivation and retention programs
· Providing support in forecasting and personal cost budgeting
· Manage local employee relations and ensure compliance with labor law and internal regulations and policies
· Ensure the continuous growth by leading the company’s recruitment processes
Your profile:
· University / college degree
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HR Management / HR Business Partnering
· Fluent English and native Hungarian
· At least 3-5 years’ experience in construction environment
· Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills – being able to efficiently liaise with senior stakeholders
· Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Windows)
· Experience in recruitment strategy planning
